Student Hotel Support

Undergraduate and graduate students presenting their research (poster, lightning talk, or short talk) may request support to help cover the cost of their hotel stay during the Maize Genetics Meeting (check-in: February 26, 2026; check-out: March 1, 2026).

Support is not guaranteed and will depend on the number of requests received and the success of fundraising efforts. Students are responsible for their own registration and travel expenses.

🗓 Deadline - For consideration, applications must be submitted by December 19.
