PRE-CONFERENCE ARRIVAL (Before Feb 24)

f you plan to arrive before Feb 24, the main hotel is currently sold out for pre-conference nights, so your pre-night(s) must be booked separately.

Cologne/Bonn Airport (CGN)

Located 15 km (about 20 minutes) from the Maritim Hotel Köln, Cologne/Bonn Airport is conveniently located. Offering direct flights from many European hubs. Upon arrival, you can reach the hotel by taxi, rideshare, or train (S-Bahn lines S13/S19) directly to Köln Hauptbahnhof (Central Station), a short walk from the hotel.

Düsseldorf International Airport (DUS)

Roughly 65 km north of Cologne, Düsseldorf Airport is a popular alternative with a wide range of international connections. The regional train from Düsseldorf Airport to Cologne’s main station takes about 40 minutes, and taxis or private transfers are also available. This option may be a great alternative if you need more flight options.

Frankfurt International Airport (FRA)

Though about 180 km away, Frankfurt Airport is Germany’s largest international gateway and often the best choice when traveling a long distance. From the airport, you can take a direct ICE high-speed train to Köln Hauptbahnhofin about one hour. Trains depart frequently.

Whether you want a taxi, rideshare, or use public transportation, there is an option for you from the airport or train station to the hotel.
